Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

Your order will be shipped via Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Fit Ice and/or FitIce.shop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

When placing orders, please ensure you provide the correct and full shipping address. Once orders are shipped, Fit Ice and/or FitIce.shop is not liable for lost, stolen, and/or missing packages.  

Our Standard shipping charge is $8.00 and up depending on the total weight of the items.

Standard Shipping - Arrives typically 3-5 business days from the shipped date.

Our Express shipping charge is $15.00 and up depending on the total weight of the items.

Express Shipping - Arrives typically 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If no one is present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the delivery address. Fit Ice cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment.

Processing times may be longer during the holiday seasons.

Fulfillment and shipping timelines are not the same.

The fulfillment timeline starts from the date your order was placed.

The shipping timeline starts from the date your order was received by UPS or any other 3rd party shipping facility.

We cannot cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed so check all your order details before completing your purchase.
