Simply log into your account on our website and navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” section to cancel or make changes. You can also find our initial subscription email from when you signed up and cancel through the provided link.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge. Cancellations made after this window may result in one final charge, after which your subscription will end.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. We encourage you to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
If you're not ready to cancel but want to take a break, we offer the option to pause your subscription. You can do this through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
