Subscription Cancellation Policy
We strive to make your experience with our store as seamless and flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy for subscriptions managed through the Seal Subscriptions app:
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer portal. Simply log into your account on our website and navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” section to cancel or make changes. You can also find our initial subscription email from when you signed up and cancel through the provided link.
Cancellation Notice
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge. Cancellations made after this window may result in one final charge, after which your subscription will end.
No Refunds on Processed Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. We encourage you to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
Paused Subscriptions
If you're not ready to cancel but want to take a break, we offer the option to pause your subscription. You can do this through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
