At Fit Ice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Eligibility for Refunds:

We will issue a refund only if one of the following applies:

Damaged Packaging

- If your item arrives with extremely damaged packaging that compromises the product's quality or safety.

Leaking or Burst Items

- If your item leaks or bursts during transit, making it unusable.

Incorrect or Missing Order

- If you receive the wrong item, or your order was never delivered.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us at support@fitice.shop within 48 hours of receiving your delivery (or expected delivery date if your item never arrived). Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence (for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items)

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, delays caused by the carrier, or minor cosmetic damage to the outer box that does not affect the product inside.

Fit Ice reserves the right to deny any return/refund. However, we aim to make all our customers happy.
